What is a Europe Visit Application?

A Schengen Visit Application allows UK residents to travel to any of the 26 Schengen countries for tourism, business, or medical purposes, under a single application. Stays are generally allowed up to 90 days within a 180-day period.

Types of Visits

• Tourist Visit – Leisure or family visits
• Business Visit – Meetings, trade fairs, or conferences

Application Requirements

• Valid passport (current and previous, if any)
• National Identity Card
• Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
• Recent passport-sized photograph
• Bank statements (last 6 months)
• Proof of employment, business documents, or proof of studying (enrolment letter, student ID, fee receipts)
• Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or invitation letter)
• Flight reservation/itinerary
• Travel insurance (if required)
• Proof of previous travel history (stamps or previous applications)
• Proof of UK Immigration Status (digital status share code)
• Evidence of temporary intent (academic commitments, employment obligations, tenancy, family ties)
• Travel insurance covering €30,000 minimum
